All economic activities we carry out are conducted with the mind of minimizing environmental alteration. This is one of our group’s fundamental principles that will never change.

This is the principle we will always keep and stand for as we expand and develop our operations globally from Japan. In any industry, some level of environmental alteration could not be avoided. “If we take this alteration as a “minus-factor”, then offset the impact by adding “plus-factors” through environmental conservation activities.” This may sound hypocritical, but this is the only solution that could be found today. Owning mountains and forests for wildlife conservation and sponsoring mangrove afforestation projects are just some of the many environmental protection activities we engage in as a group. Our contributions may still be small from a global scale perspective, but the combined contributions from each and every one of us in the world will make a significant difference.
